Director of Portfolio Management overseeing and executing renewable energy projects at Treaty Oak. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and integration.
Responsibilities
Support oversight of a large-scale pipeline of renewable energy projects.
Work closely with Development Project Managers and functional teams to ensure projects advance toward FID.
Maintain visibility into project critical paths and ensure timely escalation of risks and bottlenecks.
Lead project-level M&A diligence activities and prepare and maintain diligence schedules.
Collaborate closely with Finance and Project Controls teams.
Ensure development workstreams are executed with the documentation and rigor required to support diligence processes.
Support the Quarterly Project Review process and prepare portfolio reporting materials.
Requirements
10–12+ years of experience in renewable energy development, project management, portfolio management, or project M&A.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Direct experience supporting project acquisitions, including diligence and integration of development-stage projects.
Demonstrated experience preparing and managing detailed project schedules and development budgets.
Proven track record supporting projects through financing or construction readiness stages.
Strong understanding of project finance requirements, investment decision criteria, and lender diligence expectations.
Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools; experience with enterprise project management systems preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
