Responsibilities

  • Plays a pivotal role in driving high-impact cross-functional process improvements across Asset Management
  • Cultivates a deep understanding of user needs
  • Provides thematic and strategic insights and develops actionable solutions
  • Conducts stakeholder interviews and synthesizes findings into actionable insights
  • Distills complex information into executive-level updates
  • Encourages creative thinking and challenges assumptions
  • Develops mock-ups, process maps, and prototypes
  • Iterates solutions based on user feedback and prepares presentations for executives and end users
  • Designs and socializes implementation plans to build consensus
  • Provides guidance and support through the change process
  • Refines solutions based on real-time user feedback
  • Leads or contributes to cross-functional teams
  • Mentors junior team members and fosters a collaborative environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services
  • BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Curiosity and ability to ask probing questions
  • Proficiency in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable themes
  • Strong executive presence
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and manage sensitive topics constructively
  • Outstanding communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats (PowerPoint)
  • Project management and organizational expertise
  • Comfort giving and receiving feedback to iterate and improve
  • Ability to work independently and with ambiguity
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
