Responsibilities
Support onboarding activities including membership and credentialing
Provide contract documentation
Offer operational guidance to sales teams
Vendor form completion
Pull reports and gather data on meaningful business metrics
Assist with data accuracy and tracking for internal stakeholders
Provide custom invoice delivery and monitor compliance for public sector customers
Maintain Outlook calendars for 1-3 executives
Coordinate external meetings and special events
Assist with travel booking and other administrative tasks
Contribute to initiatives focused on implementing government compliance requirements
Requirements
1+ year of Salesforce (SFDC) experience
1+ year of experience working with a credit bureau
1+ year of experience working with a public records company
Experience with automated invoicing platforms
Public Sector invoicing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
