Responsibilities
IT project management: Take responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing projects in the areas of remote service, production data acquisition, track & trace, and software interfaces
Customer consulting: Support our national and international customers with professional advice — both in pre-sales and after-sales
Support: Provide 2nd level support and develop practical, hands-on solutions for complex customer inquiries
Internal collaboration: Train and advise our internal departments on IT-related topics
Documentation: Create clear and structured project and product documentation
Interface to development: Work closely with our development team to realize customized solutions for customers
Requirements
Education: You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
Professional experience: Several years of experience in IT project management
Technical understanding: Solid knowledge of network technology and enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
Analytical skills: You are structured, solution-oriented and have strong technical understanding
Communication skills: You enjoy working in a team, communicate effectively and have a strong customer focus
Organizational skills: You keep an overview even in complex projects and work independently
Language skills: Confident English proficiency for collaboration with international customers
Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel occasionally to support customers on site
