B2B Dispute Manager responsible for end-to-end handling of disputes in the commercial team. Driving the brands ESN & More Nutrition through effective dispute management in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
You take end-to-end responsibility for handling chargeback/dispute claims (review, validation, communication, closure)
You analyze and assess dispute cases with regard to contractual, pricing and logistical aspects
You coordinate with internal departments and external logistics providers to clarify issues
You proactively communicate with customers to identify and implement solutions
You ensure timely and economically sensible handling of cases
You identify root causes of recurring chargebacks and disputes and derive sustainable improvement measures
You monitor relevant KPIs such as turnaround times, success rates and volumes
You support the optimization of processes within the Commercial Operations area
You participate in audits and ensure audit-compliant documentation
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable commercial qualification
Several years of experience in dispute, claim or receivables management, ideally in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of pricing, contract and billing processes
Analytical and structured working style
Strong communication and assertiveness skills
Solution-oriented and commercially minded
Confident user of ERP systems such as SAP as well as MS Office
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
