About the role

  • Process wireless service requests, including activations, upgrades, disconnects, and device replacements using TurningPoint’s commercial software.
  • Manage mobility assets and inventory, ensuring accuracy of device assignments, numbers, and service plans.
  • Monitor wireless usage, identify cost-savings opportunities, and recommend plan optimization.
  • Coordinate with wireless carriers to resolve service, billing, and provisioning issues.
  • Validate and reconcile monthly carrier invoices, escalating discrepancies and tracking resolution.
  • Provide reporting and analytics on wireless usage, costs, and trends for management review.
  • Support mobility security and compliance standards (device encryption, policies, and MDM as applicable).

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecom/wireless service management, provisioning, or telecom expense analysis.
  • Familiarity with wireless carriers, plans, and devices (smartphones, tablets, MiFi, IoT).
  • Experience working with TEMS (Telecom Expense Management Systems) or mobility management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and cost drivers.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
