About the role
- Junior Infrastructure Analyst supporting IT environments at Riachuelo. Ensuring application availability and assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform proactive monitoring of IT environments, ensuring high availability of applications and infrastructure (servers, network, and applications);
- Monitoring using Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, among others;
- Perform proactive monitoring of batch processing, ensuring process continuity and delivery availability;
- Assist in creating and maintaining performance dashboards and configuring alerts;
- Support root cause analysis of incidents (troubleshooting) using logs, metrics, and traces;
- Document configurations, procedures, and implemented improvements to build a knowledge base.
Requirements
- Degree in Technology, Networks, Systems, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux);
- Familiarity with the pillars of observability (metrics, logs, and traces);
- Investigative and proactive profile with a strong desire for learning and technical growth.
- Desired / Preferred:
- Previous experience in NOC environments or infrastructure operations;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, or SolarWinds);
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
- Basic automation/scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
