About the role

  • Talent Systems Analyst leading projects to enhance HR processes and systems at Cirque du Soleil. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clarify and document business requirements for various projects, improvement opportunities and issues, and analyze their impacts from user, process, technology and organizational perspectives;
  • Propose business solutions and lead their implementation (configurations, testing) while maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders;
  • Provide operational support for system-related issues and inquiries;
  • Provide expertise on opportunities to optimize our systems to improve operational efficiency (automation, simplification, etc.);
  • Contribute to the evolution of talent systems and the digitalization of the employee experience;
  • Implement best practices to ensure data integrity and security;
  • Train members of the talent team and other departments on process and system changes and ensure user adoption;
  • Contribute to updating business process documentation and system procedures.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, human resources management or a related program;
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors (certification is an asset) and familiarity with Workforce Software (a major asset);
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across diverse contexts;
  • Proven experience defining and managing the deployment of business solutions while maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders;
  • Recognized team player with a strong ability to build productive professional relationships with internal and external partners;
  • Comfortable working on multiple assignments simultaneously;
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
