Responsibilities
Covering Key Areas in our busy Operations Department
Learning a variety of tasks across the various teams in the department
Working in an agile, flexible manner as needed.
Processing fines in our admin team
Taking maintenance bookings over the phone
Arranging collections of vehicles at end of contract
Proactive chasing of vehicles off the road for mechanical repair
Taking incident reports over the phone
Requirements
Experience of both administrative and contact centre work
Ability to quickly switch between tasks where required, but also to engage with one task over a longer period if this is necessary
Attention to detail and ability to perform high volume tasks at speed with minimal errors once trained.
