Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth through distribution partners
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities and partnerships
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback
  • Provide regular reporting to Distribution Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through distribution channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of English language is required for the role
