Responsibilities
As a learning and development “Product Owner”, you will lead the design, improvement, and implementation of learning and development programs, frameworks, tools and processes
While partnering with (senior) leadership, you will actively drive the development and implementation of TomTom-ers and business unit-specific learning and development approaches
You will partner with other learning and development partners to work in an agile manner to deliver scalable solutions
You will take a lead in global L&D activities to ensure globally consistent and easy employee experience
You will take up a consultative role in overarching projects that require learning and development expertise
Requirements
Bachelors or master’s degree in HR Management, social or business sciences
7+ years of experience in the talent / learning and development space
Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in learning and development
Basic knowledge in the employee experience discipline
A natural drive towards teamwork and agile working
Ability to flex between core delivery of large-scale activity
Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently
Excellent communication and presentations skills
Proven experience in partnering with senior management, works councils and external parties
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
