About the role
- Caregiver providing personalized and flexible home-intensive care for patients in Göppingen. Offering a dignified approach to nursing in a familiar environment without stressful tours.
Responsibilities
- Intensive medical monitoring as well as basic and treatment nursing care in a home setting
- Act as the primary point of contact for the patient and their relatives
- Communicate and coordinate with therapists
- Implement rehabilitative measures and provide social care/support
- Maintain nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a certified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse
- Alternatively, you already hold a qualification in out-of-hospital intensive care, are a nursing expert in out-of-hospital intensive and ventilator care, an intensive care/anesthesia nurse specialist, or a respiratory therapist
- Valid driving licence
- Interest in outpatient/home care for patients requiring intensive care
- Passion for one-to-one (1:1) care
- Conscientious, independent and responsible working style
- Empathy and a caring approach to looking after your patient
