Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support under supervision (specialists and managers) to meet customer expectations by complying with contractual terms and deadlines, proceeding with claim payment or denial, and considering the specific features of each product and the target audience.
Correct collected information or supplement data in claim registrations for analysis, based on system queries or by contacting customers and service providers.
Manage the claims inventory, follow up on pending document requests, update reserves and perform administrative closures within established deadlines to ensure continuous monitoring of claims, including sending correspondence to customers and updating the system.
Identify any issues or errors in insurance contracts and communicate them to the relevant departments (technical, legal and commercial) to enable proper claims handling and to support continuous improvement of the products offered to our customers.
Monitor service providers regarding the status of claims to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines, perform systematic follow-up, update customers in the system, act on questions during loss assessment while protecting our right to recovery and safeguarding salvaged property, and prevent errors based on the general and specific terms of the products.
Engage or release service providers to perform inspections/expert evaluations to verify damages/losses, with the appropriate system updates.
Conduct inspections to assess damages/losses and provide support to other analysts in the area, contributing to continuous improvement in the quality of services offered to our customers when necessary.
Requirements
University degree in progress or completed.
Experience in residential claims analysis.
Experience working at insurance companies or insurance brokerages.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Intermediate knowledge of English.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
