Responsibilities
Contribute to and further develop processes in IT administration
Ensure availability, performance and security of the IT infrastructure
Analyze and coordinate requirements or the resolution of technical issues that arise
Work independently and take responsibility
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders and clients, as well as external service providers
Requirements
Solid IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences/FH or university) or equivalent
3 years' experience in IT administration in a comparable environment
Experience administering at least three of the following areas: networks, firewalls, Netscaler, VMware vSphere, Windows domains & Entra ID, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server (on-premises), automation (PowerShell, etc.), Linux, Docker; good MS Office skills
Good written and spoken German (including writing documentation)
Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
Independent, precise, and responsible working style
Strong social skills and communication ability
Interest in working for a non-profit organization and identification with the association's mission
