About the role

  • Sr. Vendor Performance Manager at T-Mobile managing vendor performance and compliance for telecommunications services. Driving vendor strategy and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and internal controls to mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives and policies to improve vendor management practices and support financial performance
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to align service delivery expectations and enhance reliability
  • Lead communication and escalation processes to resolve vendor performance and service delivery issues promptly
  • Monitor vendor performance through scorecards and metrics, providing feedback and conducting evaluations to drive improvements
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • 4-7 years - Telecommunications/Wireless Industry Vendor Performance Management
  • Experience in Engineering, Finance or Carrier Management desired or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience
