Responsibilities
Continuously explores and evaluates new AI models, tools, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models) for potential enterprise applications
Builds small-scale prototypes, demos, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to assess technical feasibility and business value
Collaborates with senior engineers, data scientists, and business partners to evolve prototypes into structured pilots and production-ready initiatives
Stays current with advancements in Generative AI, large language models, and related technologies; documents findings and shares insights with internal teams
Contributes to AI Hub projects by supporting development, integration testing, and data workflows across Group Companies
Maintains clear and reusable technical documentation for experiments, evaluations, and prototype outcomes
Supports AI R&D teams in running structured experiments, analyzing outcomes, and reporting on progress
Ensures all experiments comply with enterprise governance, data security, and risk management standards
Participates in community-of-practice sessions to share best practices, learnings, and emerging research findings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
2–4 years of experience in software development, data science, or applied AI research (internships and academic projects considered)
Familiarity with Python and experience using AI/ML libraries or APIs such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI
Understanding of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly
