About the role

  • Program and Operations Lead overseeing AI Hub operations and governance at Tokio Marine Group. Ensuring alignment and execution excellence across AI initiatives in a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design and execution of AI Hub operational governance and delivery frameworks
  • Manages the global portfolio of AI initiatives across Training, R&D, and Governance workstreams
  • Operates project intake, prioritization, and vendor management processes to align with enterprise strategy
  • Oversees program delivery performance, schedules, and interdependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Implements structured change management, issue tracking, and risk mitigation processes
  • Develops and maintains executive dashboards, KPIs, and budget performance metrics to monitor progress
  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for portfolio prioritization and decision-making
  • Acts as liaison between AI Hub leadership, Tokio Marine Holdings, and Group Company stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technology objectives
  • Facilitates governance meetings, strategic reviews, and leadership updates on AI Hub operations
  • Drives continuous improvement in project intake, reporting, and governance standards
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and enterprise governance frameworks
  • Supports cross-functional collaboration, communication, and documentation across the AI Hub’s global network

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in program, portfolio, or operations management in large, federated organizations preferred
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of governance frameworks, program planning, and performance management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
  • Experience managing vendors, cross-functional teams, and third-party partnerships
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and governance bodies
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across regions and functions.
