About the role

  • Senior Consultant/Manager at TMG Consultants focusing on production, logistics, and business process optimization. Leading innovative projects with a team-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • You develop technically sound solutions from the initial concept through to detailed design — from production halls and central warehouses to administrative buildings
  • You work interdisciplinarily with adjacent Competence Centers such as Production, Logistics & SCM
  • You lead project teams with both technical/content-related and financial responsibility
  • You take on project management for complex, exciting, and innovative industrial construction projects in service phases 1–4 according to HOAI
  • You act as the central point of contact for the client
  • You communicate reliably, precisely, and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our Competence Center Factory Planning

Requirements

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • A successfully completed degree in a technical field, business administration, or architecture
  • Ideally experience with Autodesk Revit
  • Technical expertise and an understanding of functional interrelationships
  • Knowledge of project control is an advantage
  • You question assumptions, have strong analytical skills and an innovative, creative approach to problem solving
  • You present a confident manner, entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of team- and customer-orientation with strong commitment and willingness to make an effort, as well as the flexibility and mobility required in consulting
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe
