- Reporting and Investor Relations: structure and maintain management reports and executive materials for leadership and the board, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability of information. Support investor interactions, including preparing materials for follow-on rounds and financial due diligence processes.
- Financial Data Structuring: organize, process, and standardize financial datasets from different sources, ensuring quality, traceability, and integrity of the information used by the team and leadership.
- Automation and Process Efficiency: develop automations and analytical tools to reduce manual work, increase operational efficiency, and scale Tivita's financial processes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, with a solid understanding of accounting and finance
- Advanced Excel skills, capable of working with complex spreadsheets and large volumes of data
- Strong analytical mindset and logical reasoning
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
