Responsibilities
Responsible for defining and conceptualizing the solution that best fits the client’s business and can be developed smoothly according to the adopted technology.
Contribute to defining solutions that best meet business needs, ensuring technical feasibility within the adopted technology (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors);
Support the gathering and analysis of functional requirements, collaborating on the preparation of technical and functional specifications;
Participate in the design of technical solutions together with Architecture teams, Vendors, and Software Factories;
Critically evaluate proposed solutions, considering technical, operational, and integration aspects with existing systems;
Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including requirement specifications, action plans, and status reports for project tracking;
Provide support to internal clients, identifying and resolving issues related to models, prototypes, and integrations with other systems;
Monitor and support the management of scope, costs, and schedule for projects under your responsibility;
Contribute to the development of detailed schedules and test plans, ensuring delivery quality;
Monitor KPIs related to project delivery and the operation of implemented solutions, proposing continuous improvements;
Apply knowledge of agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) to efficiently run projects, promoting incremental deliveries and collaboration among teams;
Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence to optimize HR processes, proposing innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Experience in projects with SAP ERP HCM, focusing on Human Resources processes;
Experience in implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors;
Knowledge of Lean and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with active participation in multidisciplinary squads;
Experience in application architecture, with understanding of system integrations and technical design best practices;
Knowledge of software development, with the ability to read and interpret code and technical specifications;
Project management experience is desirable, including monitoring scope, schedule, and deliverables;
Familiarity with product metrics and techniques is desirable, contributing to value- and user experience-driven decisions;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields;
Official certifications in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors (such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central) will be considered a plus;
Participation in official trainings and updates on SAP and SuccessFactors platforms is highly desirable.
