About the role
- Design and manage network solutions and technical projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies at TIM Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical designs, ensuring correct capacity in line with business needs and improving environmental performance;
- Prepare technical project evaluations from financial (technical feasibility studies) and environmental perspectives;
- Prepare technical adaptation designs, monitor capacity and platform evolution when necessary, considering the lifecycle management of platforms/equipment;
- Prepare technical specifications for RFIs/RFQs/RFPs;
- Validate technical proposals and produce technical reports for these processes;
- Operationalize project handover to Operations, coordinating with related areas to implement, test, and activate projects;
- Assess available technical solutions in the market to ensure technological and architectural evolution of the Network, aiming to optimize quality and associated costs and to minimize environmental impacts;
- Manage project KPIs, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality;
- Interact with Network Planning, Marketing, Innovation, Strategy, B2B, IT and other teams to propose solutions and support the definition and development of new products with technological innovations for network evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Science;
- Experience with virtualized mobile network architectures 2G/3G/4G/5G, with emphasis on Packet Core (5G Core SA and NSA, EPC, vEPC, CUPS, DNS), including platform and special project design, POCs, deployment, validation and platform integration;
- Experience in programming, automation and development using Power BI;
- Experience in Project Engineering, Deployment, Planning and/or Operations of solutions for Packet Core/NFVi networks;
- Preferable experience with cloud-native solutions (Containers, Docker, Kubernetes) and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs);
- Preferable experience working with Core vendors;
- Language: Advanced English
