Sales & Supply Support Professional ensuring product availability and supporting commercial operations at TIM. Managing stock and collaborating with partners for effective supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Provide necessary support and assistance to the commercial network in product supply
Ensure product/service replenishment activities for partners/clients
Allocate all products by region and sales channel through dedicated systems
Balance inventory to ensure equitable product availability according to sales planning
Collect and analyze relevant data to forecast demand and inventory by product
Recommend adjustments to the forecast based on changes in demand
Contribute to successful replenishment by coordinating operational forecasts and orders with Sales
Monitor established inventory targets
Generate weekly and monthly statistical reports with demand forecasts
Manage, administer, and control inventory
Develop performance indicators to generate insights.
Requirements
Knowledge of Logistics (Inventory Management)
Performance monitoring
Knowledge of SAP
Full Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering/Exact Sciences, Logistics, or Marketing.
