Technical Consultant handling mobile service incidents in a hybrid work model. Collaborating with other teams and troubleshooting complex issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responsible for receiving and resolving customer complaints/incidents related to Mobile Services and, when necessary, engaging other resolver teams.
Perform troubleshooting of high- and medium-complexity faults;
Open internal tickets via the system and with other operators/carriers;
Provide technical support to the field team;
Escalate tickets as required.
Requirements
Technical certification preferred, ideally in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical (Engineering/Technology);
Advantageous to be pursuing or hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or Networking;
Experience in telecommunications, electronics, customer service, and knowledge of KPI analysis is desirable.
