About the role

  • Brand Experience Executive Manager for TIM planning and executing brand events and sponsorships while ensuring positive customer engagements. Overseeing execution and strategy for nationwide marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with differentiated brand experiences through planning and coordination of sponsorships, events and activations, seeking business opportunities, reinforcing brand values and contributing to brand preference;
  • Plan, execute and coordinate brand events and sponsorships with a national strategy that considers business objectives and an ESG focus;
  • Develop and implement activations that deliver brand, product and service experiences to reinforce positioning and values, creating a positive relationship between the customer and the company;
  • Make the brand’s value-building pillars tangible through experiences, ensuring a unified message and consequently increasing preference and reducing rejection across Brazil;
  • Plan sponsorship pillars at national and regional levels by analyzing and recommending events to sponsor, ensuring delivery of an annual calendar, as well as execution and activation of experiences that materialize TIM’s values and concepts for customers, generating moments and memories that build a positive relationship with the brand;
  • Create an annual calendar of music events, analyzing and negotiating third-party events or developing proprietary events that convey the brand’s values;
  • Plan, analyze, create and implement concepts and activations to amplify experience projects with technology;
  • Plan, structure, produce and execute commercial and corporate events, whether restricted or open to the public, and support the company’s participation in industry-specific events;
  • Coordinate actions working in an integrated way across channels and identifying opportunities and synergies among initiatives;
  • Define with stakeholders the main concept and macro objectives of actions (mission, positioning, target audiences, live experience, etc.);
  • Manage the area budget: annual budget planning and justification, revisions and monthly expense control;
  • Conduct and manage all steps for incentivized projects: from liaising with the proponent to present proposals, through alignment and approval of balances with finance, and interaction with the Incentivized Projects agency to ensure correct delivery of documents;
  • Collect public information, prepare reports and search for relevant data to define event projects and prepare the logistical and organizational plan (for example, location, event calendar, etc.);
  • Manage the execution of events and sponsorships, including on-site monitoring of deliverables;
  • Carry out the steps required for demand approvals: preparation of presentations and internal justifications (executive board), follow-up on feedback and internal controls for Audit and Compliance;
  • Select suppliers and manage supplier relationships, with support from the appropriate functions;
  • Prospect new opportunities for events/sponsorships/activations aligned with the brand strategy;
  • Establish and use KPIs to measure the return on actions;
  • Monitor results to measure success and generate insights.

Requirements

  • Experience working in marketing and communications areas;
  • Knowledge of marketing principles;
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and the application of sustainability tools in events;
  • Methodologies and techniques for event organization and management;
  • Experience planning and executing medium- and large-scale events;
  • Budget management experience;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
