About the role

  • PMO Analyst supporting project portfolio management at Grupo Tigre. Responsible for consolidating project information and ensuring alignment with company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the project portfolio for the Directorate of Strategic Planning by consolidating information and the status of initiatives using governance tools (e.g., MS Project and Power BI), with the objective of ensuring deliveries aligned with the Company's strategy.
  • Support the governance and prioritization process for projects and initiatives by organizing information, facilitating meetings, and acting as a link between functional areas, in order to support project leaders and ensure greater agility and efficiency in project execution.
  • Update and monitor the resource allocation map for projects using methodologies and tools defined by governance, ensuring appropriate support for initiatives and contributing to the delivery of expected results.
  • Monitor project management indicators defined by project governance (schedule, investment accuracy, and project compliance) and propose operational improvements to the NTQAs governance flow related to project execution.
  • Ensure the execution of portfolio follow-up agendas by organizing and supporting monthly monitoring meetings (N1 and management levels), in partnership with project leaders.
  • Support the development of the methodology and the monitoring of the Projects pillar of the Transform Program (Jeito Tigre de Operar), ensuring that initiative execution complies with established processes.
  • Support audit activities (ISO) by ensuring project documentation compliance and assist with tax incentive processes with the responsible authorities (e.g., Lei do Bem).
  • Assist project leaders in the monthly monitoring of the budget, ensuring that cash flow and accrual recognition are aligned with the plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Portfolio Management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and MS Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management (preferred).
  • Experience with portfolio management or project management in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.). Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, BI, and Excel). Analytical ability to interpret indicators and reports, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate English.
