About the role

  • Client Outreach Retention Consultant educating clients about investment options and facilitating transfers. In collaboration with National Contact Center to retain clients at risk of leaving.

Responsibilities

  • Addresses client questions and assesses the client's financial needs
  • Educates on relevant product benefits and provides appropriate solutions
  • Receives inbound call transfers from NCC of at risk clients
  • Performs outreach calls to identified retention clients
  • Refers clients to appropriate solutions based on complexity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Series 6 or 7 & Series 63 FINRA license
  • Life & Health Insurance within 120 days
  • University (Degree) preferred
