About the role

  • Consultant responsible for driving the expansion of convenience stores across corporate environments and hospitals in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, focusing on sustainable growth and operational quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, evaluate and develop new opportunities to establish convenience stores in corporate office complexes, hospitals, large companies and industrial hubs in the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo markets, ensuring sustainable growth, operational quality and adherence to the network's business model.
  • Map and prospect opportunities to install stores in corporate complexes, hospitals, universities, large companies and logistics centers (RJ and SP).
  • Conduct on-site visits, present the business model and build relationships with stakeholders (administrators, condominium managers and facility managers).
  • Perform preliminary feasibility studies (foot traffic, sales potential, size, competition and customer profile).
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals, financial models and performance projections.
  • Assist with legal processes and contract negotiations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment with operations, implementation and supply teams for store openings.
  • Monitor market trends and movements to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Keep CRM and reports updated with the pipeline and stages of the expansion funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing or related fields.
  • Previous experience in expansion, new business or commercial development (preferably in retail, foodservice, franchising or facility services).
  • Strong experience in active prospecting and conducting commercial meetings with decision-makers.
  • Basic knowledge of feasibility analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators.
  • Availability for frequent travel between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
  • Valid driver's license (category B) and ease working in the field.
  • Experience with property management companies or developers of corporate projects (a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Commercial organization and discipline (pipeline and process management).
  • Autonomy, resilience and adaptability to dynamic environments.
