About the role

• Consultor(a) Comercial Interno role focusing on managing client relationships and enhancing customer experience at Stone. Responsibilities include strategic communication through various channels and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide effective support, addressing commercial needs through consultative sales;
• Introduce yourself to new clients after authentication through the communication channels (written and phone);
• Proactively contact clients to assess performance and identify opportunities, carrying out negotiations and renegotiations;
• Act predictively to anticipate potential churns and intervene to reverse them;
• Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to help build and strengthen the team;
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales/Commercial roles;
• University degree (in progress or completed);
• Experience with proactive client outreach and B2B engagement;
• Clear and effective communication skills;
• Proficiency in managing multiple channels;
• Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team;
• Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems decisively;
• Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset.
