Responsibilities
- The Finance Business Partner plays a strategic role in driving business performance by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support.
- Partnering with business leaders across functions, this role ensures alignment between financial planning and operational execution, delivering value through data-driven insights.
- Month-end processing and analysis including accruals, prepayments, WIP, deferred postings, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Production of departmental management accounts before presentations to CFO/Head of FP&A.
- Conducting forecasting for annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Business partnering with financial & non-financial stakeholders.
- Scenario planning and ad hoc analysis as required by Business Unit.
- Conducting commercial analysis including client profitability and resource utilization.
Requirements
- 5+ Years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Experience business partnering Senior Leadership Teams
- Experience using large datasets, strong excel modelling and data driven skills
- Ideally experience of working within a marketing, digital or creative agency environment
