About the role

  • Manager, Point of Sale Rebate Operations providing operational and technical support for POS Rebates program. Requires extensive experience in data analytics and knowledge of analytic programming tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational and technical support to the team
  • Supports the POS Rebates program and its clients
  • Serves as subject matter expert on the POS Rebates Data Analytics for POS Rebate Clients
  • Provides inquiry support for account teams, client underwriting, legal, internal audit, client audit and clients
  • Supports data issues and program enhancements to resolution
  • Supports POS Rebates activities for underwriting rates, NDC loads and invoice-to-POS Rebates achievement audits & analysis
  • Assists in coordinating and documenting business requirements for product enhancement
  • Develops and documents business requirements and operational specifications
  • Helps provide and validate client reporting
  • Primary responsibility to provide Data Analytics and Analysis around Reconciliation Activities
  • Supports to Rebate Invoicing and Clinical Operations for the purpose of researching and evaluating client formulary positioning to determine rebate eligibility for POS Rebate clients
  • Performs detailed analysis at NDC level to reconcile and perform quality checks on POS Rebate rates
  • Assists in assessing any client or member issues and service warranties as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data/reporting/ data analytics
  • PBM knowledge/Rebate Knowledge/Adjudication Platform Knowledge
  • Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods in tools such as SQL, SAS, OLAP, SSRS, Tableau and Teradata
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excel/Access experience
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deliverables
