Responsibilities
Customer acquisition and retention: develop and expand long-term customer relationships and actively identify and win new business customers within the sales territory.
Sales planning and budget responsibility: responsible for planning, implementing and achieving the regional sales budget to ensure sales targets are met.
Project and proposal management: manage and close sales projects, including quotation calculation, follow-up and measures to strengthen customer loyalty.
Contract and recovery management: perform loss-of-customer analyses, develop recovery strategies and create and monitor contracts including action planning for deviations.
Complaints management and customer satisfaction: ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints.
Sales reporting and external representation: prepare sales reports and analyses to steer sales activities and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or equivalent expertise in this field is required
Confident use of standard MS Office applications and experience with an ERP system
Very good German and English skills are required
High willingness to travel
