About the role

Responsibilities
- Define clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Communicate project updates, progress, and timelines effectively to all relevant parties
- Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver
- Translate Marketing use cases and messages into technical data requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- Deep understanding of messaging platforms, customer data platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software
- Proficiency in SQL and HTML
