Responsibilities

Manage legal technology and case management platforms to optimize team productivity
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certificate a plus
2+ years in a supervisory or management role within a legal environment
Experience overseeing paralegals, legal assistants, or similar legal support staff
Strong background in workflow design, process improvement, and team management
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with legal technology platforms and case management systems
