Responsibilities
Responsible for tracking and managing our internal progress and also activities of external vendors, focusing on deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Develops and maintains tools to track progress, budget and risks for the assigned work packages.
Prepares trackers where needed.
Serves as a single point of contact for outside parties.
Supports the preparation of and attends meetings with outside parties.
Plans shipments of samples to specialty laboratories during clinical trial conduct, ensures in close collaboration with data management that specialty laboratory data are delivered in function of clinical trial milestones.
Drive and tracks the preparation of source data reports.
Presents regularly progress to the PharmToxBA team, cross-functional teams and management.
Keeps oversight of assigned ongoing and planned activities which includes some travel to vendors sites.
Pro-actively identifies risks and proposes mitigation.
Ensures correct entries into financial planning and procurement system.
Collaborate and support Global Sourcing and Vendor Alliance Management in contracting activities.
Requirements
Degree in a life science (PhD or MSc with equivalence by experience)
High proficiency in written and spoken English
A background in animal science, a relevant laboratory science and or clinical trials is a plus
Strong vendor relationship management (experience working with several vendors)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
Proactive and accurate work style (high quality mindset, not passive)
Project management experience, ideally with clinical studies
Bioanalytical or biologics background is preferred
Ability to quickly adapt and take on different projects or tasks depending on expertise
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
