About the role
- Data Analyst facilitating data-driven transformation by developing automated workflows and predictive models. Collaborating with business areas to optimize processes and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- You actively drive our data-driven future — by building, optimizing and automating data pipelines, models and AI applications
- You develop automated workflows and predictive models for business areas such as Revenue Management, Marketing or Product — efficient, scalable and future-oriented
- Using BI tools like Amazon QuickSuite, you create interactive dashboards that make complex relationships visible and enable data-driven decisions
- You use your SQL expertise to analyze complex databases, ensure data quality and create sound foundations for decision-making
- With Python you develop and test innovative applications — e.g. forecasting or probability models that make business processes smarter and more efficient
- You act as a sparring partner for our business units — you understand their goals, identify automation potentials and jointly develop solutions that deliver real value
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles
- Basic SQL skills
- Some hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Initial experience with data modeling
- Python is a core tool for you
- Familiarity with QuickSuite or willingness to get acquainted with AWS's BI solution
- You can present complex technical topics clearly and persuasively — internally and externally, in German and English
- You interact with stakeholders on an equal footing, recognize opportunities in data and actively help shape the company’s data-driven future
