create and deliver strategic client plans which demonstrate an understanding of each account's objectives
maintain communication and engagement strategies to maximise profitability
removing unprofitable business or inappropriate service offerings within the current portfolio
Requirements
Proven track record of success within a relationship management role
In-depth knowledge of Workplace Pensions (both trust and contract plans), including good awareness of leading providers and major consultancies
Knowledge of the market, legislative and industry practice to consult and lead with key clients on suitable growth developments
Excellent communicator with the ability to build excellent working relationships
Commercially driven and highly responsive – conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives
