About the role

• Gerente de Projetos SAP atuando em projetos estratégicos para implantação de sistemas SAP. Responsável por equipe e governança em projetos de alta complexidade.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery within the agreed schedule, cost, scope and quality.
• Plan and prepare the Project Plan, including schedule, costs, risks and communications.
• Monitor and participate in the selection and management of partner consultancies.
• Work together with the PM of the contracted consultancy, ensuring alignment and governance.
• Lead project meetings, record minutes and track action items.
• Ensure compliance with the client's project methodology and delivery of the required documentation.
• Coordinate alignments with interface areas (business, access, infrastructure, support, among others).
• Plan and oversee integrated testing, defect management and test evidence.
• Plan and deliver training for key users and the support team.
• Monitor preparation for go-live and assisted operation.
• Participate weekly in Project Portfolio meetings.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English.
• Experience in Project Management, including: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, Procurement, and Communications.
• Proven experience in high-complexity projects and international projects.
• Experience in system/SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g.: JIRA, PMO Portal, SharePoint).
