Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date project records, documentation, and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with project management processes and methodologies.
  • Support the planning and organization of project activities, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding items.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with users, internal teams, and vendors, prepare meeting minutes, track attendance, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Update project financial and budgetary controls, flagging deviations or inconsistencies to the responsible parties.
  • Support vendor performance evaluations by assisting with information collection, record keeping, and controls.
  • Prepare project monitoring and status reports, ensuring visibility of information for management.
  • Provide suggestions for improvements to administrative processes and project management support.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Languages: Advanced English.
  • Prior experience in administrative routines or project management support, preferably in IT environments or a PMO.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK and/or Agile).
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – intermediate level.

Benefits

  • Hybrid: on-site at the client 3 times per week
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
  • Employment: CLT temporary contract (12 months, renewable)
