Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date project records, documentation, and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with project management processes and methodologies.
Support the planning and organization of project activities, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding items.
Schedule and attend meetings with users, internal teams, and vendors, prepare meeting minutes, track attendance, and follow up on agreed actions.

Provide suggestions for improvements to administrative processes and project management support.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
Languages: Advanced English.
Prior experience in administrative routines or project management support, preferably in IT environments or a PMO.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK and/or Agile).
Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) – intermediate level.
