Accounts Payable / AR Accountant managing financial transactions for The Missing Link. Ensuring timely payments and reconciliations while working hybrid in Pune.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables Accountant** to manage the company’s outgoing financial transactions. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all vendor invoices are correctly recorded, approved, and paid in a timely and accurate manner. This role also supports cash management by reconciling bank accounts and maintaining appropriate bank balances to meet payment obligations. You will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver a superior AP function for our business.
This role is based in Pune with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the office.**

Generating and analysing accounts payable reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce, CA Inter, CMA, or CPA
Minimum of 2-5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with MS Dynamics, HR3 and ConnectWise desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Great attention to detail
