About the role
- Creative AI Specialist at The Keenfolks leading design and motion projects using generative AI tools. Owning the creative process from concept to delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Own creative execution from brief to delivery across static, motion, and video formats.
- Develop creative concepts, Key Visuals, and visual systems scalable across multiple formats.
- Produce motion graphics and AI-driven video assets efficiently and at high quality.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining premium creative standards.
- Adapt and scale assets for different channels, markets, and use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and creative production.
- Practical experience applying generative AI tools in real creative workflows (not experimental only).
- Technical & Functional Skills: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of motion design, animation principles, and video/post-production workflows.
- Experience creating Key Visuals (KVs), visual systems, and multi-format creative assets.
- Proficiency using generative AI tools for image, motion, and video production (e.g. Midjourney, Weavy, Freepik AI).
- Ability to translate strategic briefs into clear, scalable visual solutions.
- Soft Skills: High level of autonomy and ownership of deliverables.
- Strong creative judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with a senior mindset.
- Clear communication and openness to feedback.
- English: Intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1).
