About the role

  • AI Consultant steering AI portfolio and developing roadmap for technology consulting firm. Engaging in cross-functional collaboration between business, strategy, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Active management of the AI portfolio and development of an AI roadmap, including timeline planning, dependencies and strategic target visions
  • Market and competitor monitoring to identify market changes, new customer segments and innovative go-to-market approaches
  • Extensive interface work between Sales, Marketing, Development, Project and Quality Management, and Strategy
  • First point of contact for matters related to the AI product portfolio
  • Consolidation of customer requirements and assessment of their relevance to the portfolio
  • Creation, maintenance and alignment of requirement documents (Requirement Engineering) in close collaboration with the relevant business units
  • Monitoring the implementation of these requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle and ensuring achievement of objectives
  • Identification, prioritization and evaluation of AI use cases according to strategic, economic and organizational criteria
  • Central contact for the use of the internal AI tool, including usage concepts and requirements for further development

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
  • Solid knowledge of AI and active use of AI products in daily work
  • Strong interest in current AI developments, trends and new application areas, and high curiosity for technological innovations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics appropriately to different audiences
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and working at the interface between business, technology and strategy
  • High level of initiative to proactively drive topics, take responsibility and actively shape AI initiatives
  • Knowledge of product and innovation management
  • Basic understanding of business models, especially in a digital context
  • Microsoft Office skills, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
