Responsibilities
- Drive execution of the data & analytical capabilities roadmap to solve current business challenges and unlock new opportunities
- Create new and/or enhance existing dashboards and visual analytics that empower business partners to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Deliver high-priority or advanced BI, data, and analytical capabilities that support enterprise goals and innovation
- Manage individual workload effectively while maintaining clear and proactive communication with team members and leadership
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or analytics issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain data integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in querying languages
- Experience with advanced features of data visualization tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI)
- Experience with delivering GenAI solutions within BI tools
- Solid foundation in statistical analysis and ability to analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Specialty Insurance experience is a plus
