About the role
- Operations Technician responsible for providing cleaning services at multiple client locations for JaniTech. Ensuring timely and quality service while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple client sites to provide coverage for call-offs, high-volume projects, or new locations.
- Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum floors.
- Dust, disinfect, and wipe down surfaces.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
- Safely utilize various cleaning chemicals and solutions.
- Empty trash bins and replace garbage liners.
- Lock up and set building alarms after completing your service.
- Other projects, as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial cleaning experience. (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.(Required)
- Successfully pass a Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report.
- Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
- Flexible availability, able to work weekends as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- A positive, team-player mentality.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
