About the role

  • This dynamic role provides excellent experience and promotes the GM mindset required to be successful at Clorox.
  • Works with cross-functional direct and broker Teams to manage Wholesalers and downstream indirect customers.
  • Leverages Clorox scale and influence to deliver results across a wide array of customers and geographies in domestic US.
  • Supports a vertical go-to-market structure across the independent, wholesaler network.
  • Responsible for developing plans, linked to Clorox strategies through joint business planning process.
  • Engages People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate.
  • Direct interaction with mid-Sr leadership within both Wholesaler HQ, Regions, and indirect customers.
  • Drive the Business within the business: leads execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and profit objectives for Customer team.
  • Customer Planning and Development: Understands and drives Business planning process; delivers Joint Business Plans for Customer that achieves results and is within trade budget.
  • Focuses and aligns key resources on business priorities.
  • Financial acumen: Develops Plans that enhance mutual ROI for both Clorox and customer.

  • Demonstrated pattern of results through effective "leading through others"
  • Strong Customer knowledge and skillfully applied trade-fund acumen
  • Consultative/Solution selling
