About the role

  • Business Product Owner supporting technology for Pharmacy Benefit Services operations team. Work with business users to identify needs and collaborate with engineering for solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technology vertical support for the Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations Advancement Team department
  • Provide strategic vision for overall technology stack utilized by the business
  • Work directly with frontline business users to understand business processes and identify requirements
  • Partner with technology and software engineering partners to develop and implement solutions
  • Maintain and prioritize incoming requests and product backlog to maximize business value

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years experience with program management or product owner preferred
  • Knowledge of agile methodology preferred
  • Proficiency in CLM required
  • Business, technical and financial acumen preferred
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation and presentation skills required
  • Excellent organization skills preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
  • Demonstrated problem solving and organization capabilities preferred
