About the role
- Business Product Owner supporting technology for Pharmacy Benefit Services operations team. Work with business users to identify needs and collaborate with engineering for solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technology vertical support for the Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations Advancement Team department
- Provide strategic vision for overall technology stack utilized by the business
- Work directly with frontline business users to understand business processes and identify requirements
- Partner with technology and software engineering partners to develop and implement solutions
- Maintain and prioritize incoming requests and product backlog to maximize business value
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years experience with program management or product owner preferred
- Knowledge of agile methodology preferred
- Proficiency in CLM required
- Business, technical and financial acumen preferred
- Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation and presentation skills required
- Excellent organization skills preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
- Demonstrated problem solving and organization capabilities preferred
