About the role

  • Supply Chain and Finance Specialist responsible for leading logistic costs analysis and optimization strategies. Managing a team and participating in strategic planning at Kraft Heinz.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the analysis, control and optimization of logistics costs;
  • Defining strategies for transportation, warehousing and distribution;
  • Leading team management, governance, forecasting and KPIs;
  • Driving strategic decisions, cost reduction and improved financial predictability;
  • Consolidating operational logistics costs and calculating price, volume and mix effects by SKU and state (UF);
  • Improving logistics efficiency through the definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs;
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for cost reduction;
  • Reviewing and adjusting cost forecasts in response to operational and market changes;
  • Analyzing the feasibility of CAPEX projects and cost-efficiency initiatives;
  • Developing management dashboards;
  • Leading the financial and operational logistics budgeting process;
  • Actively participating in strategic planning;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Experience with SAP is preferred;
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Python and Power Automate.
