Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the analysis, control and optimization of logistics costs;
- Defining strategies for transportation, warehousing and distribution;
- Leading team management, governance, forecasting and KPIs;
- Driving strategic decisions, cost reduction and improved financial predictability;
- Consolidating operational logistics costs and calculating price, volume and mix effects by SKU and state (UF);
- Improving logistics efficiency through the definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs;
- Developing and executing strategic plans for cost reduction;
- Reviewing and adjusting cost forecasts in response to operational and market changes;
- Analyzing the feasibility of CAPEX projects and cost-efficiency initiatives;
- Developing management dashboards;
- Leading the financial and operational logistics budgeting process;
- Actively participating in strategic planning;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Experience with SAP is preferred;
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python and Power Automate.
