About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop a five-year inventory strategic plan aligned with target service levels.
  • Translate the strategy into actionable annual progress plans.
  • Ensure the quality of inventory data and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate to analyze service levels, inventory positions, and targets.
  • Manage inventory quality and coordinate corrective actions for overstock or shortages.
  • Contribute inventory expertise to group-level progress plans.
  • Coach teams to strengthen understanding of inventory concepts.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain management with demonstrated leadership progression.
  • Experience leading other leaders and managing complex team structures.
  • Ability to work transparently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to address cross-functional issues.
  • High degree of autonomy and proactivity.
  • Commitment to mentoring and developing team members.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction.
  • Motivated to work internationally and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and preferably written); willingness to learn French.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours for virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • International mobility required as you progress in your career.
