About the role

Responsibilities
- Safeguards the company’s business integrity and minimizes operational risks
- Leads the inspection team to conduct audits, investigations, and compliance checks
- Ensures inspection processes are effective, transparent, and continuously improved
- Delivers actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Manages both in-house and third-party inspection resources
- Organizes and delivers monthly inspection reports and drives follow-up actions
- Oversees third-party project management and develops outsourced inspection plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Audit, Law, or related fields
- 8+ years in inspection, audit, anti-fraud, or related fields
- Proven team management experience; third-party project management experience preferred
- Familiarity with channel management, sales commission/KPI audit, and new business models (e.g., O2O/EC)
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
