About the role

  • Digital marketer enhancing user experience across websites for Access, leading SEO and UX initiatives. Spearheading projects and optimizing strategies to drive lead generation and improve conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation by creating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites
  • Lead a team of Web Leads across SEO, UX, and CRO
  • Analyze website performance, provide actionable recommendations
  • Manage test-and-learn initiatives to improve onsite conversion
  • Deliver onsite optimizations and content updates focusing on technical SEO, content, and offsite strategies
  • Act as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner

Requirements

  • Experienced digital marketer with strong skills in large website projects, UX, CRO and SEO
  • Deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO and UX
  • Proven experience spearheading positive change while baking in best practice
  • Data-driven problem solver
  • Skill for communicating technical information in an accessible way
  • Proven experience in project management for technical/digital projects
  • Strong data literacy and numeracy skills
  • Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco is a plus)
