Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation by creating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites
- Lead a team of Web Leads across SEO, UX, and CRO
- Analyze website performance, provide actionable recommendations
- Manage test-and-learn initiatives to improve onsite conversion
- Deliver onsite optimizations and content updates focusing on technical SEO, content, and offsite strategies
- Act as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner
Requirements
- Experienced digital marketer with strong skills in large website projects, UX, CRO and SEO
- Deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO and UX
- Proven experience spearheading positive change while baking in best practice
- Data-driven problem solver
- Skill for communicating technical information in an accessible way
- Proven experience in project management for technical/digital projects
- Strong data literacy and numeracy skills
- Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco is a plus)
