Responsibilities
Drive lead generation by creating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites
Lead a team of Web Leads across SEO, UX, and CRO
Analyze website performance, provide actionable recommendations
Manage test-and-learn initiatives to improve onsite conversion
Deliver onsite optimizations and content updates focusing on technical SEO, content, and offsite strategies
Act as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner
Requirements
Experienced digital marketer with strong skills in large website projects, UX, CRO and SEO
Deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO and UX
Proven experience spearheading positive change while baking in best practice
Data-driven problem solver
Skill for communicating technical information in an accessible way
Proven experience in project management for technical/digital projects
Strong data literacy and numeracy skills
Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco is a plus)
