Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing cross functional team
Determine the commercial product roadmaps & catalyse the broader commercial teams to adopt AI into their product thinking
Set out the divisional strategy for Accommodation, including budgeting, objective setting, product roadmap
Own and drive the GTM processes & support and drive the commercial teams
Define the AI product strategy
Plan GTM for new product and proposition launches
Develop and agree the propositions
Coordinate the execution of the GTM plans
Requirements
Broad experience across product management, sales, marketing and customer success
Proven track record product innovation delivery and commercialisation
Ideally strong knowledge of the Hospitality SaaS market, trends, best practices, and technologies particularly around AI
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a matrix structure
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate product vision into actionable plans and deliverables
Experience in using data and analytics tools to measure and optimize sales, marketing and CS performance
