About the role

  • Commercial Leader overseeing Operations business globally across Property Management System, Payments and Conference for Access Group’s Accommodation division. Driving product innovation and revenue growth through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing cross functional team
  • Determine the commercial product roadmaps & catalyse the broader commercial teams to adopt AI into their product thinking
  • Set out the divisional strategy for Accommodation, including budgeting, objective setting, product roadmap
  • Own and drive the GTM processes & support and drive the commercial teams
  • Define the AI product strategy
  • Plan GTM for new product and proposition launches
  • Develop and agree the propositions
  • Coordinate the execution of the GTM plans

Requirements

  • Broad experience across product management, sales, marketing and customer success
  • Proven track record product innovation delivery and commercialisation
  • Ideally strong knowledge of the Hospitality SaaS market, trends, best practices, and technologies particularly around AI
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix structure
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate product vision into actionable plans and deliverables
  • Experience in using data and analytics tools to measure and optimize sales, marketing and CS performance
